We are delighted to have been appointed as the contractors for the renovation of the swimming pool facilities at Repton Prep School; located in the hamlet of Milton, 1.5 miles from the village of Repton in South Derbyshire. This historic school is based in the magnificent Foremark Hall.
The swimming pool complex sits at the rear of the hall adjacent to the stunning formal gardens. The quarter of a million-pound project involves complete refurbishment and upgrade of the changing rooms including layout improvements, new heating, lighting, showers and internal decoration.
The building itself is currently a clad building in a mock Romanesque style. It is dated, in a poor state of disrepair and isn’t conducive to its surroundings. The works will see the external wall finishes being stripped back to the original timber frame with Swiss pearl Patina boarding and Monocouche style rendering completing the overall contemporary look. The gables will be removed and a new flat roof fitted; overall giving a more modern, streamlined, elegant appearance.
Repton Prep is a new client for the business and we are delighted to be working with them.
