New Refurbishment project. Allsopp Construction has been appointed by Nottingham University to undertake a £200,000 refurbishment at the University’s Boathouse. The Boathouse is situated between Nottingham Forest’s football ground and Lady Bay Bridge on the banks of the River Trent.

Update on Cloud Lodge our project in Mapleton, Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The existing bungalow is undergoing major extensions and alterations; adding a new first floor the original bungalow.

We have been appointed as the builders to deliver significant extensions and alterations at Herbalshaw Meadow Barn in Weston Underwood. The project will enhance the property with features such as a Juliette balcony, seamless extensions, and additional rooflights, blending modern functionality with its timeless charm.

A standing seam roof is a sleek, durable, and watertight metal roofing system designed for modern architecture. With interlocking vertical panels and concealed fasteners, it offers a seamless finish and long-term resilience.

Allsopp Construction is transforming Cloud Lodge in Mapleton with new structural reinforcements, underfloor heating, air source heating, and solar panels. Completion is expected in July.

The Woodlands construction project in Draycott in the Clay is nearing completion. A 1970s home transformed with extensive extensions, a sleek aluminium roof & luxury features.

Breedon on the Hill Development Update

Allsopp Construction’s Breedon on the Hill project is progressing well. On Plot 1, the roof is complete, and first fix joinery is finished. MVHR system ducting has been installed. Plot 2’s brickwork is nearly done, with first fix plumbing and electrics due soon. The project remains on schedule.
