Breedon on the Hill Development Update
Allsopp Construction’s Breedon on the Hill project is progressing well. On Plot 1, the roof is complete, and first fix joinery is finished. MVHR system ducting has been installed. Plot 2’s brickwork is nearly done, with first fix plumbing and electrics due soon. The project remains on schedule.

An ambitious renovation project is transforming Cloud Lodge, overlooking Derbyshire’s Okeover Estate. The project, which began in November 2024, will add a luxury top floor featuring a master suite, cinema room, and viewing gallery.

New Client, New Project Starting October 2024
We’re excited to begin a major renovation of a large bungalow in Mapleton, located on the edge of the Peak District.
The project will add an upper floor featuring a master bedroom with en-suite, a cinema room, and a contemporary gable with a viewing gallery.
Exciting progress on Repton Prep School’s pool renovation! Phase 1 complete: changing rooms fully refurbished with new roof, ceilings, floors, heating, lighting, showers, lockers, and hygienic walling. External cladding underway. Project on track for October 2024 completion.
Great progress is being made on two new houses at our Breedon on the Hill development in North West Leicestershire. On Plot 1, the steel works are complete, brickwork has reached the first floor, and the block and beam floors are in place. On Plot 2, we’ve begun brickwork, marking the start of the next phase.
