Works are progressing nicely at The Paddocks in Bradmore, Nottingham a development of three luxury, five-bedroom homes.
Work on all 3 plots is focusing on early stages masonry and preparatory works, with the site strategically sequenced to maintain an efficient workflow toward the first-floor level.
Plot 3 (Furthest In): This plot is the most progressed. Blockwork coming on, we’ve reached just reached first-floor block and beam and ground floor steelworks have commenced this week. Scaffold second lift begins followed by first floor block and beam.
Plot 2 (Centre Plot): Brickwork and blockwork have progressed well; we are nearly at scaffolding first lift. The team is currently laying brickwork in a Flemish bond pattern with a protruding brick detail.
Plot 1 (Closest to Entrance): Block and beam work is 75% complete on the ground floor. Masonry operations have begun, reaching DPC level. Drains on this plot are also complete. Facing bricks will be started once plot 2 is up to first lift while the scaffold and fall prevention is put up.
Designed by Macclesfield-based Bower Mattin Architects, the homes combine traditional exteriors with bright, open-plan interiors, including stunning full-height kitchen/living areas with suspended mezzanine glass landings.
Completion of these luxury homes in Bradmore, Nottingham is expected at the end of 2026, with homes anticipated to be listed at upwards of £1.4 million.
