We’re pleased to confirm that Allsopp Construction has been appointed to deliver and has now started work on a new prestigious development of three luxury homes at The Paddocks, Farmer Street, Bradmore, Nottingham.
Bradmore is a sought-after village offering a blend of rural living with easy access to Nottingham, making it a highly desirable location. The new homes are being built on a former paddock site, which was acquired by Longcliffe Property Developers from a neighbouring landowner.
Designed by Macclesfield-based architects Bower Mattin, the development will feature three five-bedroom executive homes. The properties will combine traditional exteriors with bright, open-plan interiors, designed to suit the needs of modern family living. Each home will include a full-height kitchen and living area with a suspended mezzanine glass landing leading to the master suite—creating a striking sense of space and light.
From a construction perspective, the site presents some technical challenges, including a high-water table. To ensure stability, we are using piled foundations that extend below the water table, providing a secure base for the homes while mitigating any flood risk.
We have just broken ground with completion expected at the end of 2026. The homes are being built for sale and are anticipated to be listed at upwards of £1.2 million.
This is an exciting project for the team, helping to strengthen our reputation for building quality homes across the region.
