The Paddocks, Farmer Street, Bradmore, Nottingham
Work is progressing well at The Paddocks in Bradmore, our latest development of three luxury homes. Since starting on site in August, each plot has seen steady development as the project moves through its early construction stages.
Due to the high-water table, all three plots are being built with piled foundations to provide a secure and stable base. Each property also features block and beam floors to both the ground and first levels, offering exceptional structural stability, improved acoustic performance, and minimising the risk of issues caused by uneven settling or soil movement.
Foundations are complete on Plot 1. Plot 2 has foundations up to floor level and is ready for the ground floor block and beam. Plot 3, the first to begin on site, is now up to scaffolding height, with block and beam flooring in place on the ground floor.
Behind the scenes, preparations are underway for utility connections. Completion of all three homes is currently scheduled for Christmas 2026.
