LProgress is being made at our Breedon on the Hill site in North West Leicestershire!
Plot 1: Steel work is fully completed, brickwork has passed the first floor, and block and beam floors are now installed. The pipework for the air source heat pumps is also underway.
We’re currently refining the window schedules and looking specialist suppliers.
Plot 2: Steel structures are nearly complete, and the ground floor is finished.
These homes are being built with a mix of local materials, including Ibstock facing bricks, natural stone, and concrete panels, all complemented by large expanses of glazing. The design includes internal vaulted ceilings using post and beam roof construction to create striking, spacious interiors.
Big shout-out to our Contracts Manager Shaun Kellow and the team on-site; it’s going really well and we are making great progress.
