We are thrilled to announce that 11 months after breaking ground, we have reached a significant milestone in the exceptional residential project at Woodlands, Draycott in the Clay. Today, we celebrated the topping out ceremony!
Having reached the highest point and completed the roof, the scaffolding is scheduled to come down well right after we finish our celebratory drinks!
Woodlands isn’t a traditional build it has a detailed technical specification. The roof itself is a standing seam aluminium roof. It consists of aluminium panels that are positioned vertically, along the roof’s length. Then, the seams of these panels are interlocked, and connect to each other via the seams. It looks fantastic.
Since starting on site in June 2023, the journey has been intricate and meticulous, filled with numerous technical aspects, details and the odd headache!
